Please notify us by e-mail within 2 days of receiving your item, if you are not satisfied for any reason. I will then send you a "Absolutely Return it" e-mail. you must then ship the item within 7 days after receiving your confirmation of Return E-mail. Your money will be refunded, (minus the initial shipping and handling), with absolutely no hassle! WE WANT YOU TO LIKE YOUR PURCHASE!!!!
Glassware and larger items: It must have the same lable or tag on it, that came with the item. If this tag has been removed, I can't accept the item or return your purchase price!
